Sandalwood is a spacious 3-bedroom cottage that comfortably sleeps six guests. It sits in the heart of the Estate valley, with direct access to the central lawn and just opposite the swimming pool.
This is the Estate’s most recently renovated cottage, completed in October 2024. The double-volume lounge downstairs is large and airy. It features high wooden ceilings, a rattan lounge suite, and a smart TV with DStv Stream pre-installed. You can also connect to your preferred streaming services.
At the front of the cottage, the open-plan kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, and bar counter with stools. It’s a social and functional space, perfect for casual meals or entertaining.
Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed and peaceful garden and mountain views. The second bedroom includes two single beds. These rooms share a modern bathroom fitted with a Victorian sink and roll-top bath.
Upstairs, the third bedroom is a charming Queen room built into the roof space. It offers air-conditioning, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a stunning window seat. This cozy nook overlooks the Estate and provides views that stretch for miles.
All rooms feature brand-new beds, quality mattresses, and crisp bed linen to ensure a restful stay.
Outdoors, you’ll find a large rear patio with garden furniture—ideal for morning coffee or relaxing in the fresh air. Beyond that lies the private garden with mountain views, a built-in Braai/BBQ, and extra seating to enjoy outdoor meals and sunsets.
